LIDO BEACH

I’m finding some bikini territory everywhere – even in Venice. Stefan and me decided to take some time just for us and soak up the sun and Vitamin Sea at the beach. Escaping all the action in Venice. As we had so much time left during our stay and it’s been really hot, we decided to go to Lido Beach. The only beach near Venice. Of course it’s no a beach in bali or even in southern california or the caribbean, but it’s a beach, it has sand, it’s salty water and the water’s clear.

So perfect for us to enjoy some sunny hours. We took the Vaporetto to Lido, just a 10 minute ride and another bus ride for about 10 minutes to the beach. It’s really easy to get there, so if you have some time left and you’re in summer time in Venice, make sure to get to the Lido.
