Healthy Snacks are just so delicious, because eating them is not that bad as eating chocolate or nachos. 😉 Here are all ingredients you need for about 8-10 servings.

  • 90g rolled oats
  • 60g shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • extra coconut and lemon zests for rolling in

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and roll bliss balls in coconut and lemon zests. Enjoy refrigerated in summer. So refreshing! 🙂
