Happy Sunday peeps and here we go for a new recipe – this time it’s kind of a bittersweet symphony but really soooo yummy you have to try!
- 1/2 mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 grapefruit juiced
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 150g yoghurt or more
If you don’t have a juicer you can also squeeze the lemon, orange and grapefruit to get the juice out of them. But if you like the pulp in your smoothie/juice, you can of course go for it and just mix it well with all other ingredients.
And here we go for the next step, mix well juice of lemon, grapefruit and orange, cut kiwi and mango plus the yoghurt in a blender and add some honey if needed.
Of course this smoothie will never be sweet or juicy, you do taste the grapefruit and the kiwi and all the good vitamin C in it and it’s awesome!
