Happy Sunday – Happy Breakfast time. Another great dish to have for breakfast is a smoothie bowl – there are several ways to make these delicious sweet things so here’s one recipe you can try and it’s with avocado. So do I have to say anything else? 😉Here’s what you need for two bowls:

  • 300g strawberries (leave 4-5 for the topping)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 100ml milk (almond, coconut is fine as well)
  • 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tbsp hemp flour
  • 2 tsp flax seed
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp hempseed (peeled)
  • 3 tbsp buckwheat, leave overnight soaked in 6 tbsp water

Add all ingredients into a food processor and mix well. Separate the smoothie mixture in two bowls and decorate with strawberries, flax seed, coconut, bananas, cocoa nibs and chia seeds. Feel free to add the toppings as you wish – there’s no actual rule for that. 🙂
