CHOCOLATE BLISS BALLS

Healthy sweets are my go to snack during “shred” season. πŸ˜‰ You’ve might heard of them – bliss balls, a vegan and healthy snack for all 3pm coffee and cake cravings. Here’s what you need for 16 pieces:

  • 15 dates
  • 70g ground almond
  • 25g shredded coconut
  • 40g coconut oil
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp goji berries

Mix all ingredients in a food processor/blitzer and form mixture into 16 small balls. Roll into shredded coconut and enjoy. Keep them stored in the fridge for up to one week.
