Pimp up your normal broccoli soup with some green detox veggies. Here’s what you need for two servings:

  • 500g broccoli
  • hand full spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 500ml veggie broth
  • 1/2 tsp kurkuma
  • 1 avocado
  • some cayenne pepper
  • salt

Cut broccoli, onion and garlic. Heat the coconut oil in a pot and add onion & garlic and let it fry for about 2 minutes. Then add the veggie broth together with the spinach and the broccoli. Let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the kurkuma and cook the soup for another 5 minutes. Then remove the pot from the stove and add the avocado to it. Use a immersion blender to mix the soup. Season it with salt and cayenne pepper and enjoy.
